:: Directed a staff of over forty people, including producers, writers, designers
and
programmers. Coordinated with operational managers across all departments. Actively
responsible for directing projects, maintaining client relationships, managing
budgets, recruiting, staffing, retention, training and issue resolution, practice
group coordination, office morale, organizational issues, team recognition,
career counseling, growth and workforce utilization.
IXL Interactive Agency – Creative Director

:: Managed all aspects of the Creative Department including staff, budgets,
organizational structure, process models, recruiting, training and projects.
Directed and collaborated with producers, strategists, writers, designers, illustrators, photographers, and
programmers to develop professional online products by integrating IXL’s
creative, editorial, business and technology strategies into a single vision.
NBC Interactive – Art Director

:: Directed and designed narrative Web/TV episodes in conjunction with NBC’s
TV shows and advertising. Collaborated with writers and programmers. Cast actors
and managed photography shoots.

:: Directed and designed CD-ROM’s for higher education. Collaborated with
producers, writers, designers and programmers. Partial list: The History of
American Technology, Dante’s Inferno, James Joyce’s Ulysses and
Franz Fanon.
EMI Records Group – Senior Designer
New York (1992 - 1994)
:: Designed and produced music CD packages, advertisements, solicitations, posters,
store displays and other promotional material pertaining to the music industry.
Coordinated with writers, photographers and illustrators to create finished
products. Managed photography shoots with Art Directors.

:: Designed and produced book covers, software packages, brochures, annual reports,
corporate identity, architectural signage and catalogues. Coordinated with clients,
